The credentials for an IU machine will be ads\ username (where username is your IU username) and your IU passphrase.
If you want to connect to a remote computer through the EWA Remote Desktop Gateway, skip to the Windows instructions below and start with step 2. Find your host computer's machine name.

Each user must have a password before you can allow remote access. Typically, all administrators of the computer will have access by default. To choose which users will have remote access, select Select Users.Select your options for allowing connections from other computers.
